- Understand that the hotel holding charge is not a full charge to your credit card (see details on the registration page)
We have yet to receive hotel codes for the Grand Hyatt. Once we get them, you'll receive an email and will book your room for the dates you wish. Incidentals and extra nights will be charged to your card; MMS picks up the room and tax for Sun-Wed nights.
If you have health concerns, consider webinars or joining us in 2026, as we cannot guarantee accommodations for pandemic-related events.
